The Balloon Decorators reserve the right for the creative license over its products and will provide personalisation in the most effective way for the size, shape and layout of the chosen product. Please note that unless otherwise specified on the balloon example, the only message that will arrive on your balloon is that in which you have typed and provided to us. No refunds, discounts or compensation will be available for the personalisation style differing from that shown within the customise box or customer errors.
Delivery & Collection
1.22 The Balloon Decorators offer an 8 am – 8 pm or a pre-2 pm delivery service via DPD on your nominated day. If your balloon is for a special occasion we recommend having it delivered the day prior. Due to the current circumstances, courier companies are overwhelmed and cannot 100% guarantee nominated day delivery. Therefore, we recommend selecting delivery of the balloons for the day prior to account for any delays.
1.23 Our Click+ range is available for delivery within a set radius of The Balloon Decorators L26 0UA. Due to the balloon sizes & fragility, they require one of our in-house Balloon Decorators Drivers to deliver them to you with the delivery fee reflecting this service.
1.24 If a collection is requested and the balloons are not picked up on the desired date, we are unable to provide a refund. If the balloons have begun to deflate, you will be charged for the re-inflation. This is due to the balloons being perishable and personalised and therefore unusable for another customer.
Stock Restrictions
1.25 With the current climate across the globe, international suppliers are struggling to work within the restrictions put in place. Whilst we’re working to ensure your products are exactly as advertised, there may be cases where very small amendments are made to the bunch, or the balloon, that you receive. Changes to the style of the bunch will only be made if the Balloon Decorators Creative Team are happy with the overall look and feel of the bunch and that it matches as close as possible to the one ordered. If there are any changes that need to be made to your order which completely change the aesthetic of the bunch ordered, our Online Sales Team will contact you with alternatives.
Changes To Your Order
1.26 The Balloon Decorators will always try and be accommodating to changes where possible. If you have any essential changes that you’d like to make to your inflated or personalised order, we need a minimum of 2 working days prior to your order being due for delivery to make these amendments and depending on the request there may be an amendment charge. If you inform us within 2 working days of your order being delivered, due to the products being perishable, a 25% charge of the overall value will apply in addition to the original payment due.
1.27 If amendments to the delivery address are required, please email or call us with the changes ,merseysideballoons@outlook.com / 07734378942. If the item has been dispatched, any changes to the delivery address will incur a 24-hour delay on delivery.
Exchanges, Refunds and Returns
1.28 We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.
1.29 Due to the perishable nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. All of our balloons are assembled by an incredibly dedicated and passionate team who don’t allow any items to leave our studio unless they are absolutely perfect. Should your balloons end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture of your product within 24 hours of its arrival and we’ll do all we can to rectify it.
1.30 We are unable to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn’t provided within 24 hours of arrival.
Data Protection
1.29 We are unable to discuss orders of any nature with the recipient of the items if they are not the billable customer. For any queries regarding the order you’ve received, please have the billable customer get in contact with us.
1.30 We may process your personal information for our legitimate business interests. ‘Legitimate Interests’ means the interests of our company in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/products and the best and most secure experience.
