As an event decorator, I have been lucky enough to be part of so many special events and decorated countless important occasions throughout my years as a balloon artist. If it's important to you, it's important to me, I pride myself on that mindset. I have a large portfolio of beautiful displays. I am here to make your event magical.
As a trainer/educator, I believe you should learn as much as you can to give yourself the best possible chance of success and the best start to your new career. It's important to develop your own style and this is something I teach. We are artists and your creativity is your superpower. We need to bring your uniqueness to the surface and, with my guidance, lead you to a successful business.
In our courses you will learn successful marketing strategies. You will learn how to build an INFECTIOUS brand. What it takes personally to become a success. Along with the skills and step-by-step guides to build huge luxe displays, air-filled displays, and balloon-style gifts and number stacks. There is something for everyone.
Face-to-Face ( In person Training)
We have a range of bespoke training days available at the Balloon Decorators UK. A small team of educators dedicated to helping you achieve your own dreams. We encourage you to get stuck in-they are very hands-on classes, getting you involved in practical work as much as possible.
Our Group Classes: are unique. No two classes will ever be the same. They are always beginner-friendly. We currently hold classes in Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, Birmingham and London. With US and UAE dates coming soon. We are open to suggestions. If you want us to come to you and leave your destination on the waiting list here, we will consider coming to you.
One 2 One Training - whether you already know your stuff and just need to perfect your technique or learn another's perspective , or are a complete beginner with zero previous knowledge. This class is tailored to you. You will leave with confidence and excitement to thrive.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If i book a class or enrol online can i get a refund if i change my mind? Or if i need to cancel a booking?
No, please refer to our terms and conditions before booking a class. We require 14 days notice to cancel a one-2 involved or group class due to the costs involved in teaching you. The deposit is always kept and 50% of the class fee is refunded providing enough notice has been given. We are fully aware that things can happen out of your control and in this kind of circumstance, we offer you the opportunity to exchange your date to any date in the future. We can both do, or alternatively offer you enrollment in the Ultimate Online Balloon School. We also never offer refunds on any of our online courses under no circumstances due to the nature of the product, digital downloadable content.
As for balloon hire bookings, once you have paid your balance, 50% of the job is due as your deposit. If you need to cancel this up to the date of your event, you will lose your deposit. From th moment you book with us, work begins, styling , sourcing stock, and prep starts the week before, sometimes earlier in most cases, so we can never refund you fully for cancelations. There may be situations where you can re-arrange your date and move your booking to another date and time so you don't lose out. Where we can help, we ALWAYS will.
I have never even touched a balloon before is your classes ok for me?
Yes, my 121 classes, online classes and group classes are all beginner-friendly. Even if you have no prior knowledge of balloons before. I will teach you all the basics right up to advanced techniques, so you will be absolutely fine and in very good hands. We provide food , materials and a certificate at the end, all you need to bring is yourself.
Do You Deliver?
Yes, we can deliver, but this must be requested upon booking, so the delivery charge can be factored into your quote and delivery has been pre-arranged. Certain occasions we cannot deliver and collection only will be specified due to extremely busy periods. We also have 'grab and go' garlands. These are collection only, therefore the price is significantly reduced.
If i have a big job to hire you for, do you have payment plans in place?
Yes , if your job is over £400 we can offer you a payment plan via Klarna or PayPal to help you spread the cost. Please let us know before your quote that you want to do this, so we can make sure your quote is accurate. Offering you this luxury can sometimes cost us quite a bit extra, as we like to keep the costs as low as possible for you, this sometimes requires a small increase in our quote, on certain occasions.
